Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Amplified music (including portable speakers) is not permitted at any time. Please be considerate of other guests, as our canvas tents provide limited sound isolation. Guests receiving multiple noise complaints may be asked to leave the property.

Electrical Capacity:

Our tents feature limited electrical capacity designed for lighting and electronic device charging. To prevent power outages, please refrain from using high-wattage devices such as hair styling tools. For questions about specific devices, please contact us in advance.

Natural Environment:

Trees are an integral part of the River Electric experience, providing essential shade and natural beauty. Please understand that even healthy, well-maintained trees naturally shed leaves and branches, particularly during windy or extreme weather conditions. Management is not responsible for these natural occurrences or any resulting property damage. In the event we determine a tent area is unsafe, we reserve the right to relocate your accommodation for your safety. During forecasted extreme weather events, we may need to cancel and reschedule your reservation to a mutually agreeable date.
