Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service. This position involves handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Reservations & Operations:
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s reservation system.
  • Process payments, handle deposits, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requests.
  • Monitor room availability and update status as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar) is a plus.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Who we are looking for!

Bartenders- 2+ years of experience

  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and the ability to mix and serve drinks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs, crates of supplies).
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., RBS, ServSafe, Food Handlers)

Food Runners

  • Deliver food and beverages to guests’ tables quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure the correct order is delivered to the right guest by checking food and drink items before serving.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area by clearing dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware.

River Electric is looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. You’ll work closely with the Chef to maintain food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to River Electric’s recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented in an appealing and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during, and after shifts.
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with prep work, stocking, and organization of ingredients.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
  • Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Assist in cleaning duties, including equipment, dishes, and kitchen surfaces.
  • Follow all kitchen policies, including portion control, waste reduction, and storage procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by providing a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Room Cleaning:
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, furniture, and bedding.
  • Change linens, replace towels, and restock guest supplies.
  • Remove trash and ensure all areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
  • Public Area & Common Space Cleaning:
  • Maintain cleanliness in campground area
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly.
  • Laundry & Inventory:

Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the hotel remains in excellent working condition by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role involves troubleshooting and fixing issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Maintenance & Repairs:
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
  • Address guest-reported maintenance concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Facility Upkeep:
